About the Rank
Moderators play an important role on the ImperialKingdom MC server. They are the community faces that users see every day and they are a port of call for helping and assisting with questions, problems and difficulties that users may be experiencing.

The Requirements

To apply, hop down below, Title: Application for Moderator - INSERT MINECRAFT NAME HERE (Users not meeting the requirements or not formatting their application correctly will have their application denied) Then, give us some information on why you think you should be a Moderator, and how you would contribute to the server. These questions are a guide, and you are not limited to answering what is on here. All applications that are well thought out and demonstrate effort and commitment to the role will be given consideration.
Application Process
Applications are always welcome to this rank. Applications are ongoing and always open. Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by an owner/admin. If it meets the requirements, you will be sent a confirmation pm. If you/your application does not meet requirements it will be denied and you will be sent a pm detailing the reason why your application has not been accepted. Accepted applications will be placed on the Private staff forums for consideration by ImperialKingdom staff. Your application will remain open on this forum for 2 days to give chance an opportunity to comment, discuss and vote. Staff will vote on your application and when it reaches a certain threshold within these 2 days , then the application has been successful. You will be sent a pm advising you of your success and you will be promoted ingame. However you will be promoted to Test.Mod for 2 weeks after 2 weeks staff will vote again if you can become a moderator on our server. This is however at the discretion of the Administration team, depending on the number of disapprovals and other circumstances. The information about the voting is confidential and will not be revealed to you until the end of the application period. Thanks and Good Luck!

Before an Application
To get a basic foundational understanding of our server style, do the following: Explore the various warps found at compass/teleporter.. Look for ways to improve your own builds from examples found on the server. Visit and observe our builders work on new additions to the map. Try not to get in the way, but feel free to ask questions or give feedback at any time! Familiarize yourself with the server rules as well as our styles and expectations and read and review the application guidelines carefully; your application will not be reviewed if they are not followed correctly.
Requirements for being a builder
As we can’t just hand out permissions for all players that join, there are some requirements for you to meet to become a builder. These are: You must build something realistic, of good quality. Our Builder Leader will test you in some other world. We are able to move your build over to the playing world later. Do not be offended if we provide feedback on your builds. We only give feedback to help you become a better builder. To help you on your way we have included some tips and tricks below to help you build better: Don’t use redstone – it doesn’t need to work, it just needs to look good. Include depth on walls and roofs – don’t make them flat. Use more than one material. For example, you can use wooden plank for the floor, clay for walls, and quartz for the ceiling. Add lots of details. Use WorldEdit to build faster and do things you would normally not be able to. See http://wiki.sk89q.com/wiki/WorldEdit/Quick_start to get started. Use YouTube – there are a lot of videos on YouTube that will help you. Our favorites are the Keralis Inspiration series, GodCrafter, Andyisyoda, and TheMulanProject. Join other servers to look for inspiration. We recommend play.keralis.net and play.minecraftzocker.net.
Application Process
Your application includes your online time your build test and voting.
After you pass the application and building test you become testbuilder for 2 weeks and in that time you need to build as much and as beautiful you can after that staff will look at all your work and decide if you deserve to permanently become a builder on our server
